where a radius cuts
a straight line, where
my life leaves and
yours remains is the point
of collision, an arc on
our circle, that
meaning can not delay

is it true that two parallel lines
will eventually collide
and in that collision ricochet apart
on tangent, never to meet again

is it that two harmonious beings will
eventually do the same, collide
what governs the time, the distance
before the event, before the they are set asunder

would the two lines ever meet again
the universe is round, what is the probability
that the beings could reunite and exist
in harmony again until...........
