Joe is a graphic designer living in the quiet hills of West Virginia. He began sketching at a young age, a hobby that found its way from napkins, to receipts, to book covers, to his own skin at times, and finally to a computer, allowing him to make a living where he is comfortable. He now finds a new expressive freedom in graphic design. However, graphic design is not likely to be a permanent faction of his life, as he aspires to move in a direction where the medium is not static, rather an ever-changing spectrum of renderings that make sense for the moment when it has arrived. He is an artist by trade and a thinker by nature, a combination of motivational drivers not uncommon among men, yet rarely exploited with such voracity as seen here. We feel lucky to have Joe as a featured artist and look forward to showcasing his growth.
